So the Stein version is basically using the same technologies that the Nu Gundam ver. Ka had. I like how it has that same style of hands. I hear the hands are amazing, but the wrists have some issues.
Yeah, I wish they didn't put too much articulation on the wrists. Still I'm getting this kit though. A little fixing and mods on the wrists is not a problem.
Ever notice how often the first comment to something is some douche who says "meh" to whatever it is? It's like there are all these little cunts who wake up in the morning and desperately search for something to say "meh" to. Y'know, to fulfill there crappy lives....
The first MG is already an amazing kit, way ahead of other kits in its time. It has very little need for an update. Sure, it would be cool to have the new hands, but Ex-S has no hand held accessories, except for the beam sabers, so it doesn't need the new hands. Fact is, the Ex-S, which is already a katoki design, would still be a brick if it got updated, even with these new techs, and I see little room for improvement... Also it would be crazy insane expensive, considering the old one is already one of the most expensive regular release MGs
May I present an argument my good sirs? Ver. Ka kits are mostly (some are) redesigns of the original kit, Hajime Katoki Redesigns the mech into his own version, NOT ALL ver. ka kits may be redesigns but some are. e.g (Wing Ver. Ka and Nu Gundam Ver Ka.). pointing out an MG Ex-S ver. Ka may be a possible as a probably a Non-Canon redesign. Yet the chances of this happening would have very slim chances, if not impossible. Maybe in the far future when the MG Ex-S is 20 years old and the MG technology has come a long way and improved.
It does include it there was pictures of the runners of the bazooka for this kit from http://gundamguy.blogspot.co.uk/2013/02/mg-1100-sinanju-stein-ver-ka-unboxing.html

ReplyDeleteMeh.

Deletestill better than any other MG manipulators though.
DeleteI still prefer the old MG manipulators from Unicorn and MG Seed Destiny.

DeleteJust got the Nu Ver Ka the other day, now I'm craving for this thing HHHNNGGHH
ReplyDeleteDamn I am loving those thrusters.
ReplyDeleteNu Ver Ka + Sinanju Ver ka = Sinanju stein Ver ka. It's like they made a baby
Am I the only one around here that's hoping for an MG Ex-s Ver. Ka? wittthhh theese technologgiies
ReplyDeleteEx-s is a Ver.Ka. Its entirely a katoki design.
Delete"Ver.Ka" is equivelent to a brand name, its not a method of design and construction.
That being said, a remade MG Ex-S with the new Ver. Ka quality and features sounds freaking awesome!
DeleteAnon 8:15 here,
Deletewhat the hell was I thinking?, of course a more logical thing to say is to have an MG ex-s 2.0 xD

Deletetalking bout new kits, I hope they make a 2.0 or ver. Ka for the GP03.
DeleteThen Make an MG of GP00 and GP04

I hope you see my point here :)
Why? The Ex-S will be a brick regardless of what they do.
ReplyDeleteSo, in the end, it doesn't include the bazooka, what a shame, I was looking forward to buy this kit if they did include it.
