Anyway to add a picture of a stock RG MK II? I'm not familiar enough with the kit yet to appreciate or spot any customizations on this besides the paint job.
i like the cockpit hatch color, but somehow.. its like Mark II lost his manly look. no offense i just already get used to its original color but nice work :)
Love it! Nice to see the RG doesn't have a puny bazooka like the MG 2.0 did. Definitely picking up one or two of these when I can. The RG line has definitely been surprising me with how awesome the kits are (just need to get some not-sucky hands for the RX-78). Hoping the tech from it will eventually trickle down into the HG 1/144 line-up.

ReplyDeleteI always wonder what the mk-Ii look like in RX-78 colors
ReplyDeleteIt's more RX 78-2 color scheme than amuro's color scheme. CMIIW. AFAIK, Amuro's color is purple (or magenta) and whit.
ReplyDeleteit does have Amuro's unicorn symbol thing.
DeleteIncredible piece of work; I would love to have those decals.
ReplyDeleteWhoever thought to do this is a genius. The simple thought never crossed my mind...
ReplyDeleteAwesome job! Love the paint scheme!
