The head is only the main zoom cameras. They have 360 degree cockpits anyway. And since this Jegan is used in space it just has to rotate its entire body.
I wonder what is under all that shoulder armor on the Jegan. Why build a complex head module with several degrees of freedom when you are limiting all motion with that oversized shoulder?
the answer is simple, thats jegan is EWAC unit or recon unit. Battle is not the main purpose. The main purpose is long range detection, which maybe need a big hardwawe.
EWAC JEGAN, looks, so stiff. If I was in a Zaku II, and I'm against that in a fight, I'd win hands down. In a dance off... I'd lose if he does the ROBOT...
