  1. As horrible as a project as this sounds, at least we're getting new HG's of some of the older Gundams. Can't complain there.

    1. I'm with you here. While I wasn't a fan of the OVA in general, it did have some neat designs in it. I'm glad this is helping to bring updated versions of old kits. Although, this is kind of annoying as I had literally just received the older 1/144 Victory kits from HLJ a few days ago. Oh well :)

  3. As good as were getting new HG's, it's horrible that Gundam sanked this low. I was expecting Gundam Beast to be announced instead.

    1. Gundam beast will never happen, that was made by a group of fans not by bandai...

    2. Gundam beast is an even more retarded idea than this. It was only a fan fiction anyway.

    3. @Anon that said Beast was retarded> lets see you come up with a much more original gundam idea then? Make sure its no UC homage or copy, cause Bandai's the only one that got rights on doing that and that'll just prove that you suck even more...

    4. @Anon 5:51 It's WAAAYYYYYYY better than this ugly kitbash of strike etc. I've since seeing ugly seed mechas with all those modifications. Beast concept of "original" is way better than newer series nowadays.

  4. What's so bad about this project? I'm glad they're putting the gunpla builders idea to use.

    1. Main character's gunpla is so ugly. strike strike and strike again, with a little "feedom" and god touch. Seems like they just mixing popular series into one unit. Ugly and so "original".

    1. hey don't forget the X Divider that version of the Gundam X was/is quite a great upgrade to the original without the need to use the satellite cannon which is (A) too powerful for casual combat (B) leaves you standing there as a sitting duck until the Microwave hits you to charge up the cannon!

Feels good to be a 144 scale fan. And hold out on old 144 kits (*o*).

  15. I guess Bandai finally perfected the proportions of DX this time around as they are now confident to release an HG 1/144 for it... :D

seriously, old DX kits all have terrible proportions, specially on the wings....
