RG 1/144 Build Infinite Astray Gundam [ISSRED] - Custom Build

RG 1/144 Build Infinite Astray Gundam [ISSRED] - Custom Build

Mobile Suit Designer & Commissioner of this build: matsunzu

Note from matsunzu:

It's made from 9 kits. RG Justice (Base), + Tallgeese III shield (Weapon).
Infinite Justice
Sengoku Astray
Sinanju
Red Frame Astray
Exia (RG & Avalanche)
Delta Kai
= ISSRED

It was originally designed with Astray skirts but due to the RG's plastic being near impossible to glue HG parts too, changes had to be implemented. http://instagram.com/p/vLb3EtMAnP/?modal=true Making it more Infinite Astray-ish than just a Justice Bash.

Other changes; The back of RFA's head was integrated into the RG Justice head, also, the bottom of the RFA feet were added to the Infinite Justice feet. Which would be possible for MG (watch this space) but too fiddly for a 1/144.

I'm extremely please with the result and hope that this is first of many projects to come.
Many thanks to TR13 who did an outstanding job making my design a reality!

  2. This should be called Build Sengoku Justice gundam. It looks nothing like an Astray

    1. then congratulations on the customized look because I was trying to deconstruct this in my mind to see the parts used in this, because I Justice is my favorite gundam type.
could you provide a contact link to TR13 please?

    2. I am also interested in a WiP of this kit. Especially where the Delta Kai takes shape in this model. Also curious as to how Sengoku Astray's leg part got attached on to the Justice's leg.

  4. Listen the paint job is great but the kit lacks any real cohesiveness just pieces from other kits thrown on. Can't tell what the suit really is for. Maybe the justice was not the right platform. Just way to much stuff going on.

    1. meh i would disagree with way too much stuff going on really. its basically all melee weapons plus big thrusters. and i dig the look too.

    2. may I ask specifics as to what makes you not like it? I've seen a lot of melding of multiple kits that look impressive but lack cohesiveness as well (the four combined ReZEL comes to mind) and still look nice. Not trying to start a war, just want a bit more detailed input since my G-Self is planning to look something like that (lol)

I don't think Sei would even make this clunky piece of random shit

  7. look at how many random haters we have here who probably doesn't apply the waterslide decals and panel lines in a kit they buy or just even sand the nubmarks :))
