New announcement of a big release model kit for December is upon again.  In Dec 2012, we got the MG 1/100 Nu Gundam Ver Ka.  Last year, Dec 2013, the MG 1/100 Sazabi Ver Ka was released.  What big gunpla announcment can we expect to be announced at the show this year?

  1. Bear Guy doesn't look right in those colours, maybe it's just the photo exposure, or I just damaged my retinas with that colour clash?

    1. Agree completely, I saw it in real life at Chara Hobby and it's truly nightmarish. I don't understand the combination at all, and I'm a massive beargguy fan.

    1. Nah. I think the Zeta 2.0 is good enough. Maybe that orange color Zeta but a 2.0 release for it?

That's why I LOL'ed. Don't you get it? BTW how's your attempt in entering c-box, using some fake names? hehe

    1. I can't figure out why people actually think the Unicorn has a chance in hell of a PG release. I like the design but I just don't see it happening for a couple reasons.

      1. It's considerably taller than all of the other PG designs which are all in the 18.5 meter range.
      2. Because of the increased size it would be considerably more expensive than any of the existing Perfect Grades.
      3. The transformation doesn't lend itself to a detailed internal frame.
      4. The expectation would be that the psycho frame would be entirely internally lit which would be pretty hard to do the transformation using wires so you would have to have batteries all over the place. I don't see how they could even do it with the standard size batteries they use.
      5. No matter how they've tried to re-engineer the design it is still pretty much a brick.

  4. With RG Wing Gundam Zero EW coming out in December, I still wonder if we're gonna get a big MG release in December. I'm expecting at least a few more P-Bandai announcements in MG and RG.

But anyway, if we get a PG, I'd like to see Freedom, Exia, 00 Qan[t] and or Unicorn.
For MG, I'd like to see some kits from X, Wing, 00, Seed, Seed Destiny, or maybe something from Build Fighter like Wing Fenice.

    2. A PG from UC will be better. The last PG from that timeline is Zephyrantes/Full Burnern: released more or less than a decade ago!

    1. That would be a nice kit to build. I'd be afraid of it being a bit top heavy but a ver. ka. design would probably do a good job of handling the bulk a kit like that.

    2. Xi is probably going to released as RE100.

  7. Either Qubeley Ver Ka or Zeta Ver Ka/3.0

  9. Can we get an MG Gundam Hazel?

    1. The HGUC Hazel was a nice sturdy kit. I would enjoy building a 1/100 version.

  10. There are some great comments here--some really interesting ideas. It would be nice for Bandai to experiment a bit with the MG line and scale up some of their more successful HG kits to the MG treatments (but something that hasn't been released as a MG). Stuff like the Titans designs, or more designs from OO. I'm sure they'll announce the first MGs for G no Reconguista, likely the G-self and maybe the G-arcane. Personally, I love the suit designs they released for that series, but I understand they aren't everyone's cup of tea. Kind of like Turn A... the main suits were released as kits but none of the other designs.

I would also like to see what lies in the future of the RE/100. I'm not too interested in the GP04 but maybe this line would be ideal for some of the more bulky Neo Zeon suits. Think Queen Mantha, Hamma Hamma, J-Gallus, etc... If not the RE/100 line, I would buy them if they came out as HGUC.

I'm excited to see the variation designs coming out for the second season of Gundam Build Fighters.

    Excited. That's what I'm feeling.

  11. Lots of ver kas that can happen, maybe Mr. Katoki will go back to Wing and give us Vayeate or Mercurius

  12. Although I do believe the big kit will more than likely be the pg unicorn. I think there is also a chance for a mg altron ew.

  15. I wonder if we'll see the MG V2 Buster that showed up in the kit bashes at the Tokyo Game Show.
Other than that I'm hoping for a MG Jegan and MG Jesta Cannon. For a plain wish list I'm hoping for MG ZZ 2.0 and MG guncannon 2.0 (in 3.0 style to go with the 3.0 gundam).

  19. its a MG/PG/RG of the MS you ppl are waiting for~!!!

  20. V2 Gundam Ver. Ka, with the Assault Buster gear released as a P-Bandai exclusive. MG Xi Gundam Ver. Ka, PG Unicorn, and MG Nightingale Ver. Ka are my other choices. Nightingale Ver. Ka could be what the MG Hi-Nu Gundam in 2007 represented: a leaner and sleeker redesign from the original. Katoki will probably tweak the proportions of Nightingale to be very different from the RE/100 Nightingale, in order to warrant a purchase for a Master Grade.

  28. My candidates for the December release is MG V2 Gundam ver.Ka with Assault Buster gear a P-Bandai exclusive, MG Xi Gundam ver.Ka, PG Unicorn with Full Armor accessories a P-Bandai exclusive, and MG Nightingale ver.Ka. I envision Katoki totally redesigning the Nightingale to be less bulky and more streamlined, like what Izubuchi did with the MG Hi-Nu Gundam redesign in 2007.
