  1. So the backpack sold separately....good, I can skip this lackluster design.

    1. Backpack comes with it. It doesn't mean it is sold separately when they show the kit without it attached.

So does this mean you are going to have to buy a kit you don't really want? Since your purchase is based on the inclusion of the backpack, regardless of your personal opinion on the design?

    2. Since bandai sold Lightning BWS separately too like other GBF's boosters, s/he can buy for backpack only and leave the MS.

  4. simple design, hope they make this into a MG (Cause i really want a ReGZ 2.0 aside from ReZELs, this will have to do)

  5. If the latest pictures are of any indication, the Lightning Gundam will be sold without the backpack.

    This'll be expensive.

  6. The box art and the last picture in the second picture seem to suggest that the Lightning BWS is sold separately.

If so, what if after this separate release they to a combined release with maybe titanium finish?
Or in the anime Lightning Gundam got some minor upgrade then got a Lightning Gundam + BWS + upgrade + custom stickers all in one new package?

Collectors be ready to spend :P

    1. Or you know, they're doing what they've done for every release with a backpack and making a separate kit just for the backpack alone while the regular release has both.

    2. That would be exceedingly irritating, since the shops in my area very rarely have the separate Booster releases in stock, and my work schedule makes it very difficult for me to get online orders. *sigh*
I do hope we still get a release where the BWS is included though.

    3. I think I'll wait until the end of the season to buy the stuff

    4. So yeah, it's sold separately. Not a big deal for me though.

  7. If i remember it correctly, HGUC Regz (+BWS) is 2800 yen
and if i assumed correctly, these kits are very much alike, so...
the 'sold separately' is actually to reduce the price so it looks more affordable
    imo
