    1. What are you expecting? All of the gold parts being Gold plated and cost around the price of a master grade? Quit trolling about this crap. It starting to get old.

    2. He's right, man. The gold parts are a bit... not really gold

    3. The gold on SF were never shiny to begin with, I don't understand your whining. If it was Hyaku Shiki, Delta Gundam or Akatsuki your complaints would be fine

    4. He's implying that the yellow crap gold is even crappier than usual, I think

    5. +5 to anon 8:52 for using his brain

    6. You could always chrome plate it yourself with an airbrush
      1. Gloss Black (make sure there is no finger prints or dust)
      2. Alclad II Chrome (this sprays very thin so any defects on the black will show on this)
      3. Clear color (In this case use yellow or gold clear)
This is called "candy coating" and if you don't have an airbrush you could use Spaz Stix Mirror chrome to replace the Alclad

  2. wow... it has pg gimmick on its wing, and partially gold coated, not bad ...

    1. and shoulder too, those fancy armor splitting and popping like on PG, seemingly like the RG has it too (i assume manually)

    3. May i ask, how big really is this thing. About how many inches

  3. Mini PG Strike Freedom huh? Well not bad

    1. My thoughts exactly. Though, since Strike Freedom has nothing in its hands, it makes them that much more cartoonishly big. Big hands, big rifles and big feet. At least they gave us some gold. I /think./ I may not be buying this but it looks OK as a RG.

    1. It's actually the blue frame astray. They just changed the color of the pg red frame and added a bazooka. Not really exciting tbh

  8. looks great.

  9. satisfy with the golden at wing parts but really disappointed with the frame 'yellow' colour especially the hands

  10. in the tradition of PG Strike freedom. they decided again to give us 3 shades of gold :D

nothin a can of spray cant fix

  11. I always wonder why among freedom, destiny, and sf, only destiny boxart that has his wings don't spread out

  12. definitely spraying frame gold no question. I think Bandai figured that most of the people who buy RG's would paint the frame anyway.

    1. You shouldn't spray it at all. Infact, you should not buy this.

It's a waste of money, and most people that like this, like yourself. Aren't too smart to begin with.

    2. No wonder people hate you, George.

  13. I like the box art for this, as with all RG art.

  14. If any of you knew anything about plastics then you would know that certain pigments alter the properties of the material.
Thats why the 2 different frame materials are in 2 different colours and also why they look crappy.
Bandai could do a good gold plastic but then it would be weak as shit and everyone would break their kits.

    1. I agree. I rather them make the frame and parts sturdy. I can always make them look the way I want with spray paint.

Also anyone know if this is coming out in the beginning of the month or towards the end...I wanted to know if I should ship my private warehouse on HLJ when Proto Zero comes in or not...I have stuff for 33 days already so I have until the 10th of November before it ships automatically

    2. finally someone decided to point out the very obvious fact that the plastic used for gold plates will never ever result in a sturdy inner frame...

seriously, is common sense that rare these days that only a handful can ever think of the the obvious reason behind these things?

      Delete
    3. what do you expect? this is murica comunity mate, so expect a lot of self righteous douchebags who really no nothing about gunpla...

      Delete
    4. I actually didn't know that about gold plastic. That's good to know.

  15. Bandai : they complaint about out shitty gold. Let's make some more shitty gold.

    1. here we have a smart buyer sharing to us what we all should be doing with kits that don't really interest us, saving money, without having to say something negatively about the kit or the series...

honestly, I like it when Bandai does this... it gives me a hell lot of time to save up on kits I only really wanted... :D

  17. everything was nicely done.. except the hand color... it looks like dog poop color.. need to do some paint job

  19. Those hands look so big on SF. Someone put something in its hands....

  20. I pre-ordered this Strike Freedom because I'm really curious of how good RG kits are... So let's see about that when it comes =)

  21. It's better that the Strike Freedom gets the plastic yellow gold. Gold plating on a real grade, especially the inner frame would probably break and chip alot.

    ReplyDelete
  22. quick! how many seedfags does it take to screw in a light bulb?

the answer none, cause they were still thinking about how to put it in since 2004
