Ah~ That's quite a shame. You should consider getting like a part time job then?
Even at minimum pay and like 20-ish hours a week, you'll end up with like $200 or so per 2 weeks of work. That'll really give you more wiggle room to get more GunPla or do other things.

Besides, being productive now will teach you some skills that you can use in real life. Like you could try working at a grocery store (they always hire). They'll pay you minimum and make you do cashier, shopping carts, or or whatever. But the things you learn:

      - PLU #s of fruits & veggies (useless skill but still cool? LOL..)
      - how to count money and give change relatively quickly
      - what customer service is all about

Seriously though. Get a part time job if you can.

      a. you will have more money on top of your allowance (I never got allowance as a kid)
      b. you can buy more things you want on a more regular basis
      c. you can pitch in like $20 a week or 2 to your parents to help them pay for little things
      d. you can buy lunch for you, your friends, and or family
      e. you can save money for the future (seriously. every little bit counts).
      f. you will have something to write on a resume
      g. you can real life experience (stuff you can't learn from reading a book)
      h. time management skills (dealing with school, a job, family, a relationship if you're in 1, managing money, etc)

I sound old giving tips to a random person online. I also feel weird. But I'm hoping that I can at least inspire you to consider looking for a part time job to be a productive member of your family/society.

But if you do find a job, remember that health comes first, school work comes second, social life comes third, then comes work.

Oh and the satisfaction you gain from receiving your first pay check and then being able to purchase things or just save the money; man... that first time is just too damn epic.

And thanks. I like to buy MGs and RGs on a semi-regular basis, but I limit myself to MG and RG (these days) and only to certain series (00, Age, Wing, X, G, Seed, Seed Destiny).

    3. Suiton, please, shut up. I don't give two shits...

If you, "...don't give two shits..." then why did you bother to spend a moment of your life replying back?
I find that contradictory to what is being written.

      Just saying.

      Word of advice.
If you, "...don't give two shits..." then don't comment/reply back.

      Why?
You most likely do not have anything to add to the conversation, will make yourself look foolish, and ultimately be wasting my time and your time.

Which by the way, you've wasted my time now.

If you hadn't noticed or been informed, 99% of the people that I really don't care about (don't even care enough to hate them), I just delete their comments or block them.

    5. And yet suiton, you don't care about the damage you've done in your wishlist spam and commenting with nonsense not only in GG but also in Youtube.

    6. No wonder rrobbert184 blocked suiton.

    7. @suiton, the only one looking foolish is you, giving a long advice without anyone asking for one. Is it just your ass kissing nature? I don't need your advice, I already have two grandmothers.

  4. Neon don't listen too suiton he doesn't know what he is talking about. His math is way off on how much you can make at a part time job working 20hrs a week. Not too mention suiton constantly ask people to give him money so he can buy kits.

    1. "Not too mention suiton constantly ask people to give him money so he can buy kits."
      Constantly? No.

I love how people continue to post as Anonymous. This further solidifies my belief in that about 99% of the people who comment on these blog posts are just trolls, keyboard warriors, have way too much time, don't go to school, don't have a job, and basically someone that no one should associate with.

When people make up lies like "...constantly ask people to give him money so he can buy kits...", I just shake my head. Do you think that I "...constantly ask people to give him money so he can buy kits..." and that's how I buy GunPla?

No. The method by which I utilize to buy GunPla, pay my bills, etc is **gasp** A JOB!

Also, my math is way off?
      20 hours x $7.50 hour (or whatever the minimum is) = $150
Most people would get paid once every 2 weeks.
      $150 x 2 = $300
Take away a bit from taxes and whatnot and you should get a little over $200 (give or take).

My point wasn't about how much. My point was that instead of depending on an allowance to purchase things like GunPla, my point was that the user "neon" could do something productive like a job.

If you have time to be posting comments on this blog, then you have time to work. Most part time jobs will employ you about 20-30 hours a week; maybe a bit less. I dunno since I haven't had part time job in years now.

If you're in high school, then they'll most likely give you less since you'd be underage so you would need like a work permit to let you work and they won't give you as many hours.

If you're in college, then you can apply for a work-study program and earn some money like that, or find a part time job and work there when you don't have classes.

Regardless. My point wasn't about the mathematics and calculations. My point was that he could work and get a job as an option, do things like tutoring kids for cash, or whatever else. It's disappointing to see people online trying to lie and twist their words to be molded into an invalid point without any actual, valid evidence to back up their claims.

If this is how you go about behaving in real life, then you're a lost cause.

"...constantly ask people to give him money so he can buy kits..."
Maybe I did that like once or something through YouTube or the comments through websites. But "constantly"..? No.

Anyway, I'm done with explaining myself to "neon" and "Anonymous". It's quite clear that there is nothing for me to gain by conversing with you 2. You're a lost cause. I apologize, but that's the conclusion that I've come up with. You need to learn to stop following the trolls, haters, etc. You also need to learn to critically analyze and contribute in a conversation instead of the usual bantering.

Get a job or go to school. Please be a productive member of society. Posting as "Anonymous" or making up a user name each time isn't changing the fact that you fail to grasp the basic concept of human conversation.

    2. Then suiton, why are you asking the readers or the viewers to give you money in the first place, you aren't ashamed of yourself because of your ego-boosted behavior, isn't it?

    3. Anon 10:47 didn't you read his order comments it's because he doesn't get a allowance.

Anon 6:18 here Its funny you clam I'm a lie with no proof and then you proceed with a sad attempt to slander me and degrade me when you admit to asking for money. OK so constantly maybe a little dramatic does occasionally work for you? Or i could have called you a begger. Unlike you i have proof of how immature you are and why so many people in the gunpla community dislike you. I could prove any clam that I make against you but I'm not that petty nor do i have the time for it. I use anon because i know you would try to bash me if posted with my name like you've done with so many others. Some of the evidence is in your prior comments, but you've done much worse then that. As for me saying you calculations were wrong, it's completely true. You don't know what state or country neon lives in, so how can you give him a estimate on how much he could make working two twenty hour weeks when you don't know what the minimum wage, or taxes are. you even used the phrase give or take which is basically saying I don't know. So tell me how I have no proof on your math being wrong when you don't have any clue on where he lives, what minimum wage is and what the taxes are when your throwing a dart at a dartboard. Oh and by the way most new part time employees are lucky if they 20 hrs a week and most states have laws on how many hrs a high school can work, but that's if he is still in high school. Since you know so little about neon and even less about me i don't need advise from someone that has so little respect for others that he has too attack anyone one that doesn't agree with him then clam they don't have a grasp of what a civil conversation is. People have a right to voice their opinions and that's what neon and myself were doing, but you so childish that you can't except someones criticism. Let me give you some advise scooter I'm 26 and I accomplished more by the age of 24 than most 34 year old. You would be lucky too accomplish what I have at that age if you finally but first you need to loose that attitude. If you didn't care about our comments you wouldn't have replied.

    4. Anon151 Whether suiton has an allowance or not, it's very shameful to beg for donations just to buy Gunpla or fund his hobby. That's the reason why people have a job.
If a person got short of his budget, then he must focus first on the top priorities, unless his hobby is his top priority and someone else are paying for his bills.

    1. 1) He spams MG wishlists in every Gundam-related site especially on Youtube
      2) posted a fixed contest at least a year ago, but recently posted another contest this year
      3) brags having a Gundam-related forum, tons of friends who likes Gunpla and a collection of all Gunpla he built but refuses to show it. (the only thing that he show are Gunpla boxes & very few Gunpla)
      4) praises the Gunpla models he like and he wanted to buy and insults those Gunpla models (especially UC) that he will not buy.
      5) Ordering gunpla reviewers in Youtube what they must do even though it's obvious that they are many times better and more knowledgeable in Gunpla
      6) Asks for donation so that he will be able to fund his hobbies instead of making a proper budgeting on his salary.
      7) Brags that his wishlists will be the biggest surprises of Bandai if they decided to make anything on it
There are many more, don't confuse me as being obsessed to him or his stalker. I'm just a nobody who researches things to give accurate information.
