Gundam Game Collection - My Collection PS2/PSP/PS3

My Gundam Game Collection:
I definitely don't have all the Gundam games thats out there on the market, but I think I have most of them. And I probably lost a few while growing up. =)  Why make a post of this?... well I am not just posting picture of boxes that I have (lol).. but this week was pretty hectic at work.  And I am looking forward to a little bit of game time this weekend and thought I would post about it. Here are my top favorites, and mostly like be playing one of them this weekend:
PS2: Gundam vs. Zeta Gundam - One of the earlier action game from the VS. series.  But definitely brings back good memories playing the game on a small TV splitscreen against friends.
PSP: Gihren no Yabou V - A great strategy game that lets player become a commander of a mobile suit army. Who doesn't like that idea?
PS3: Gundam Extreme Vs. - The best of the VS. game thus far, and is a blast to play both online & offline.  Multiplayer match is extremely competitive, and watching replays of previous matches is as exciting as playing the match itself.
Whats your favorite Gundam video game, share your thoughts below. =)

  1. I remember playing a GS/GSD game for PS2 which is a turn based strategy game, I think it's called Generations of C.E. or something along that line... pretty fun to play.. =)

  2. Only have a few myself. I like GvG Extreme Vs as well. We need to do some online match someday.

GG: I might be over reading your post, but was the part about image of boxes intended for suiton? kekeke

  3. Gundam Memories is worst gundam game in the PSP, so far. G VS G: Next Plus is one of the best even though I can't understand Japanese. XD

  7. Wow there are some Gundam games there that I didn't even know existed. I’ve played crossfire and well it’s probably one of the worst games I've ever played lol, I have Gundam Battle Assault 1 & 2 for the PS1 and thought they were really good but that’s ten years ago. Might try and find them and give them a play later on :)

  8. You seem to be missing a few?

    Dynasty Warriors Gundam
    Dynasty Warriors Gundam 2
Dynasty Warriors Gundam 3 (yes I see you have the Japanese one)
    Gundam Battle Assault
    Gundam Battle Assault 2
Gundam Battle Assault 3: Ft. Gundam Seed

I like the Dynasty Warriors Gundam series. =D Very time consuming, but still fun. I'm hoping we get a 4th one with more 00 (like the movie suits, Exia R2, etc), Age, and Unicorn.

    1. AH! That's the game I forgot about! I remember trying to get those parts to create the Endless Waltz Gundams.. =D

They should release the game as a PStwo Classic on the PS Store.

    2. MS Saga... Such an amazing game... I'm a bit biased since playing it was one of the first things I did when I was first getting into Gundam... I love that game. Definitely my favorite Gundam game.

  11. For the PS2 it'd have to be a tie between Seed: Never Ending Tomorrow and M.S. Saga (soooo want a second). For PS3, Dynasty Gundam 3, sadly i can't get the other games because my system doesn't run the Japanese only games.

  12. You didn't include the BB Senshi Gundam game from the SNES!!
That was definitely one of my favorite childhood past-times: holed up in front of the TV with my best friend clearing the game with Zeta + MKII
    Good times!

  13. senjou no kizuna arcade was definitely my favourite. zeonic front was great. just went through that again last year. still holds up. i was never into the vs. games much but it would definitely be titans vs. aeug. thats where i got my start. musou 1 was fun aswell!

  14. As a game, I thought Zeonic Front was ok. As a gundam game I thought it was amazing. I dont think any game has come close to making you fear the RX-79-2's capabilities. I thought it was great that it showed the realism of the Universal Century to the audience. Encounters in Space and Federation vs Zeon pale in comparison to Zeonic Front imo.

I also enjoyed playing the SD generation turn based games.

Also I recently ordered Gundam Senki 0081 and i cannot wait for that to get here! Was Crossfire as bad as people say it was?

  15. As usual Xbox owners' only exposure to Gundam games is youtube vs vids. One day perhaps.

  17. Having tried crossfire myself, i can sadly say that yes it is as bad as people say, the graphics and MS selection are standard fare for PS3 but the battle system and map system was what killed my experience plus the loss of available missions because your suit was out of comission (a decent idea in theory just put into practice wrongly))

  18. Gundam Battle Universe for the PSP. Mobile Suits from every UC series, the custom pilot feature, upgradable mobile suits, and co-op mission play. Everything I ever wanted from a Gundam game and never got on the PS2 was in that thing. Though the PS2 game I had were great I always wanted what Gundam Battle Universe did. I'm still waiting on a PS3 version... One day....

  19. Gundam 0081 for ps3 is the best with Gundam MS Front Wii and Zeonic Front ps2 coming in close second.
