    But that's based on the rx-78-2, not heavyarms custom.

      No one said it's based on the Heavyarms Custom, it's a custom of the RX78-2 (as said in the title) that's heavily decked out on the armaments, hence it's being an RX78-2 Heavyarms customers build.
