DeleteSeriousy? "G-Saviour" was godawful, the single worst entry in the entire franchise. The ONLY good things about "G-Saviour" were the MS designs and the musical score. Everything else was godawful enough that even "Plan 9 From Outer Space" looks good in comparison.

Im all for a new gundam series with new timeline and info, but keep to the gundam core with the suit. gundam 00 had new and contempory suits with the core gundam look. I will not watch this gundam. So looking forward to Origin.

I like the design but not this HG. Clear parts are okay but not the bulky vents and unnecessary lines on the shoulder armour. I will hold out for the MG which is a given for any series main.

ReplyDeleteWhy can't they just make the mouth look like the old traditional mouth design with two/three vents or none? Also, the horns pointing forward? I'm not quite comfortable with it.

ReplyDeleteWell, in terms of mecha design one of the dudes who worked on Turn A Gundam as well as another who did designs for Seed as well as having worked on Xam'd were the guys that produced what you see here. No surprise the backpack is in the design, or that this MS looks like it could have been in Turn A. Only thing that makes me think Eureka Seven mecha design are the protrusions on the side, much like Renton's mecha.
