I would have prefered some sort of shell-forming to make the Baqu (Dog-thingy mode) a bit more coherent. Here it just looks wrong. If you do a half beast mix, at least do a centaur-like design, so it doesn't look so awkward.
this is an official design, all the sillouetes are; force,sword,blast,destiny,chaos,gaia,abyss. In Fact, gaia impulse is the prototype of gaia gundam. look up on gundam wiki.
I'm sorry, but that second picture is all sorts of wrong.
