    Seeing how Yuki's exia looks now I'm thinking that the chairman might steal it from him and upgrade it into the dark matter to fight reiji and Sei...

      dude the company have some agreement with Reiji family(idk what episode, its like 18-20).. and i think chairman broke that.. thats why he so scare if reiji and sei goes to final.. cause reiji surely will see it and take what chairman borrow(epi 18-20 too, on sceen where the chairman scare).. thats just my theory.. sorry for my bad english..

    It's actually Dark Matter in Exia color. The Chest and Head slightly gave it away, this is probably when they are testing it until they change the color to Red and Black
