But seriously, I'm looking for the build strike to get a few cool moves in that doesn't rely so heavily on the RG system as an "I win" button. I get that it's the best they can do, but it devaules the fights when there's no prolonged combat post activation, making it look like a deux ex finisher. I want heart wrenching fights that keep you on your toes! Just like when Kawaguchi fought the Renato brothers, and better.
I'm really hoping this'll have a moment where Aila rips off that fucking helmet, throws it away or smashes it or something then they have a proper competitive fair fight without nemesis's meddling. On the other hand if they force some sentiment about Aila having done the wrong thing and needing to change her way of thinking or apologise or something I'll be super pissed. Like if there's a "sorry I lied to you cause I didn't want you to know about the shitty thing I was stuck doing." That would be fine but just, I can't tell what BF with it's weird preachiness might do with this.
