It says that the clear pink is very light so it's possible to change the color with clear paint. So you can buy a few Fenice and give Star Build Strike the plavsky mantle thing.
He may have recast the part it in Resin I know Vegeta did that to make duplicate MG sazabi beam sabers. You can cast the parts in any color you like. It's a great kit bash of GBF!
