The details and slightly shading looks great, I'm really awed to see S and Ex-S model works, especially by someone like Naoki whose 1/100 Zeta Gundam still inspires me.
Off-topic, I hope Bandai just go with an RG Ex-S Gundam.
The Dougram is amazing! Especially if it's based on the 1/48 Dougram Jagd Type by Takara, which had nowhere near that much articulation or surface detail. Does the magazine article include buildup/ modification details? It looks like he's modified the joints/ frame and hands, plus scribing of panel lines & surface detail; nothing looks "stock" :) Very realistic/ weathered paint job as well.
