This should just be a normal release like all those lame a titanium kits bandai keeps making. I would buy this over one of those because they never made a normal version of this unlike every titanium kit has a standard version of it.
I'll just buy this for the Armed Armor DEs and pretty much not build the suit. Maybe a few removal of the shiny gold and some white and red paint, I can put those in the normal unicorn.

No, its regular release, multiple sources including who was on the floor (and not like gg here who just rips from other sites) confirmed it was a regular release.
Those who follow more than GG know said sources, I shan't say as they're a rival gunpla seller lol.

It's funny. When I first saw this as a HG, I wouldn't have touched it with a ten foot pole. Now I see the magical "MG 1/100", I'm very tempted to buy it. I do like the shiny shiny.
The Federation wanted to make a RX-0 Gundam unit that was superior to the Unicorn and the Banshee. So they made the Phenix. But when they sent it out to battle, it experienced a runaway psycommu and the pilot went crazy and attacked a friendly ship. That's what happens when you send out incomplete mobile suits to the field... :P
I'll assume it was either shot down, or the Feds took it in and disassembled it because it was too dangerous.
