You can get them from the HGUC Kshatriya Repaired! XD
I do hope it has 2 beam javelins (the one in the arm also detachable and can be held by any HGUC kit) I'd really don't want to buy 2 kshatriyas :DBut of course, it's bandai we're talking about and not MC XD

i got one of those at SDCC 2013.i felt is was very much worth it.
