In my case, Asymmetry is fine except for the wings which are a little weird. If they can move around like in the Testament Gundam, maybe it would look a little more practical. Not that Wing Gundam's wings are much use in MS Mode in the anime
The asymmetric Fenice, is there any significance? Does it imply Fellini as somehow incomplete as well? Or does the asymmetric design embody some Italian element?

Since it would seem that it would hinder it. -lost of the bird mode -imbalance in mobility and agility -both its weight and thruster on one side The design is similar to the rose gundam but they couldn't, because they haven't made it yet and they needed a custom lead gundam. All you need is give it more thrusters and a large beam rifle

You'd have to scratchbuild that head, but the rest of the anatomy is doable with two Fenice kits. All the connections are standardized.
