He could get away with using the body alone, make it look like giant shoulder armor but obviously, the builder liked to keep the extra heads. But at least it still is a unique monstrosity rather than an over-plated monstrosity.
That color scheme also needs some changes. IMO, replacing gold with something a little plain would look better. Like black or white.
Well, that's unique. I first taught of Kevin from Ben 10 and using 00Q's torso as shoulders looks great but I think the head is kinda out of place or shouldn't be there at all? I dunno. Still I kinda like it.
