Personal Opinion, I prefer Sazabi Ver.Ka better. I had doubts regarding RG Strike Freedom's impending weight issues.

Kira has Plot Armour that Char could only dream of. It would be Kira in SF, if only because he's Jesus and completely infallible. What makes him a completely intolerable character in his own series would be what would win him the match.
