  3. Nub marks anyone? Its weird Bandai always goes 1 step further with the removal of knub marks on plated plastic but not regular plastic, seriously... you already did the work bandai, just move the gate marks on the underside for all your new kits dammit!!!

    1. It must cost more as they never seem to bother...

A shame really, I got the titanium finish unicorn and those shoulder numbs stick the hell out.

    2. It cost more to do under-gate? They design everything from scratch and all they need to do is reposition everything in AutoCAD. It seems like they making nub marks so they can profit more from paints and accessories sales.

    3. It must be more complex to position them so...

And unless they own all the paint companies they don't make profit from paint sales, sure I used tamiya but im pretty damn sure bandai don't own them...

    4. Plastic injection involves fluid dynamics. It's not that simple to choose where the gate should be.

    5. repositioning in cad program maybe simple but creating the plastic mold its expensive and complex specially undergate and seamless runner, converting to undergate it means creating entirely new mold and it need mass production to get profit, that's why limited production item mostly just recolor already existed gunpla.

  9. I've got the titanium version of the HG Banshee Norn, the nub marks are only a visual problem if you get in close, so just put the thing in a display case and bam the problem is gone!

  10. I just got mine in and it is soooo shiny! It's almost blinding and the parts are still on the rack! I'm half way tempted when it's finished to put a display light on it!
