Well you've never seen the series. Look at the section of the beam rifle between the barrel and front grip. There are 2 small parts on the bottom of if for generating a beam. Its for providing a quick defence against melee weapons. Unfortunately its sitting upside down in the pic. The straight section attaches to the rifle and the saber piece points down and towards the front of the rifle. The fb should come with it as well. Im disappointed that there's no machine gun.
