Just curious, how close is this to the RG? Also is there a RX-78-2 origin version? Just picked up the first volume and it looks better than the original design IMO.
Looks like they recycled a lot of the 2.0 frame. I'm gonna wait for a review to see if it's worth it. I remember getting the Ver. Ka and was very disappointed when I realized it was the same exact frame as the GM Commander type. I'm not saying they shouldn't use old frames but, if it's a 3.0, shouldn't it use an all new frame?
I've been looking at scans of this frame and the 2.0 frame side by side. Because I'm a nerd. I notice a lot looks similar, I know that doesn't mean it's the same but, I want to see a skeleton review.

ReplyDeletea lot of the basis for the outer frame looks like it came for the RG, but they are both based on the 1:1 scale in front of driver city.
