On the 2nd anniversary of the 2011 Tohoku (Japan) Earthquake / Tsunami disaster, Kunio Okawara drew a praying RX-78-2 Gundam in remembrance of the tragedy.
I went up north where the tsunami hit once. It wasn't the same as hearing about it and seeing videos and pictures of it. It broke me into pieces knowing that people there almost lost everything. But I was grateful to see that they were working together to bring back the northern Japan as it was. Sometimes I look and wonder just how God can make amazing things out of sheer sadness. Gambate kudasai nihon no hito!
