  1. RG Gundam (Ground Type) yes please, hopefully with tons of weapons.

  2. If this was really the upcoming lineup of RGs I would be an extremely happy camper.

    1. You mean from the perfectly good HGUC from a couple years ago? If Bandai spent all of their time upgrading kits they've recently done, we'd never get any new designs. God, people are dumb sometimes...

  6. While I am not too keen on the grunts, the gouf and the ground type are making me droooool... I wonder if there are timing this with the anniversary of the 8th MS team or something.

  7. RG Gouf 1st to buy !

  8. Why RG these and not ez-8? :/
HGUC + RG 08th ms team?
    *tear*

    1. I feel you. Maybe it's because they all already have their HGUC versions, so Ez-8 also has to go step by step HGUC first RG later.

    2. If Bandai made a RG Gundam Ground Type it'd likely release an EZ8 as well due to the shared parts, kinda like how the RG grunt Zaku was released about 6 months after the RG Char Zaku.

    1. Because, Ramba Ral>>>>>>Norris Packard

    2. Norris Packard is better Gouf pilot.

    No HG, either.

  11. WHY BANDAI?! WHY!?!?!?! Why does it have now when I don't have enough money?!?!

    ReplyDelete
  12. I expected the Ground Type Gundam, but had no idea about the rest. I really hope they come out with a Char's Z'Gok color variant that won't be an exclusive! I'm really looking forward to that Z'Gok

  13. This is no High Grade, Boy. Must have Gouf now

  14. Just release them all at once please, I won't be able to bear having to wait 3or4 months between each kit. :p

  15. Cannot wait for the 0083 Stardust Memory Anniversary. Bring em out bring em out bring em out.

Also personally RG Impulse or Saviour would have been great. Way to go Bandai. Not like we don't have an MG of Destiny already.

    1. Great Idea, bro.
Yeah, release those Gundam GP series, Bandai! Along with dendrobium! And I, finally, could die in peace.

    2. We also had MG kits of RX-78, Zaku II, Strike, Freedom, Mk. II, and Zeta Gundam before their RG counterparts were released. But why let logic get in the way of an irrational complaint?

  16. Damn you BanDai!!! Bombarding me with awesome kits and yet here i am LIMITED by my money.

  17. Fortunately I am not the biggest fan of UC timeline. I may call it sabbatical after RG Destiny.

    1. FUCK YOU, YOU PREFER DESTINY OVER UC? YOU SHOULDN'T BE ALIVE.

  20. RX79[G] Gundam...I've been dreaming about this for so long...

  21. I suppose RG Strike Freedom will come out soon. Though I'm waiting for RG 00 line.

    1. In my opinion, RG best suite only for Universal century mecha. Only my opinion, dont take it to complicated

    2. I totally agree with you my man. I wouldn't mind 00 but please GOD don't let any AGE shit ass MS go in the RG line.

  22. I understand the need for flagship releases and even grunts / enemy suits, but if this is the entire line-up for 2013, this is absolutely underwhelming. RG is best suited for suits with detail. I'm not seeing it in these really

Destiny - I understand, but ENOUGH with all things SEED or SEED Destiny.
Z'Gok - form factor is different enough so okay.
GM - too basic for this line. How do you go from Justice and transforming Zeta to this and call it an update/improvement to the line?
Gouf, more of the same for the most part, but in blue.
    RX-79 [G] - Another RX-79 variation? Whatever.

Okay Bandai here's a strategy... Release one kit from every line, then circle back and repeat. Better yet, ball out. Add some Sentinel Kits or AOZ. Kits that actually have massive detail and would look ridiculously awesome at this scale. 00? Not to rock the boat, but a RG Evangelion kit would looks absolutely bat shit crazy hot.

    1. I totally agree. If we had RG Evangelion and 00 kits i would be extremely happy. I honestly feel 00 Quanta, Raphael, Harute and Zabanya need RG's the most. Forgetting what designs people like best these kits sorely need the update...

HG 00 Quanta was fine it had tonnes of great features but Harutes missing the GN Boosters and GN Scissor Bits as well as the Marute System face, Zabanya is missing stands for the Shield Bits, Rifle Bits and is also missing the final battle equipment. Raphael is missing Seravee 2 which is just massive.

Failing that RG Exia, Dynames, Kyrios and Virtue/Nadleh (sp?) would be excellent.

These RG kits are just so underwhelming, i seen the list, hoped it was fake and was then like "wow really?" It's only forgivable due to the massive MG lineup we have right now...

      Delete
    2. In fact, HG Harute and Zabanya doesn't do justice to it whatsoever.

I actually want a RG Virtue/Nadleh or Seravee/Seraphim, but that is very improbable.

    3. I too would like to see some more HG 00 kits especially from the movie. That line pretty much disappeared after the Brave probably because Bandai was focusing on Age at the time. Then again I am glad they're taking a break because the 00 movie kits with the exception of 00 Qant felt lacking compared to the quality engineering of the S2 kits.

    4. It's not about "update/improvement to the line." It's about recovering cost for the molds. GM has always been a way to recycle the RX-78 mold. So the RG RX-78 is a perfect rehash after 10 RG Gundams. The Gouf follows because it is the recycling of the Zaku II mold. So obvious business choice.

If you want improvements, just peg the RX-78 models. They come out first so they can be updated later. So an updated RG RX-78 would come eventually, maybe in 10 years, followed by the RG GM 2.0.

    5. I say bandai should focus on UC, and totally stop on producing Age kits and burn what is remaining from age.

  23. can anybody tell me what 'Test Pattern' mean?
sounds like a selection (mean not all of the candidate become next RG)

    1. Looks like your theory is very plausible indeed.

  24. I feel that the 00 kits need more love, people have had more than enough of age and seed/destiny (both of which I felt were sub par animes, but that's just my opinion). The 00 designs were amazing and would really do the RG line justice. Failing that, the GP line from 0083 would be my other choice

    1. i still am waiting on HG sadalsuud type f

      Delete
    2. Uh, I don't know why but for me 00 suits feel like they're from other mecha anime and not Gundam anime, like code geass, etc, that's why 00 suits aren't my type. As for AGE, yes they aren't that pleasing, but I can understand that it is for getting a new generation of young audiences in to the Gundam craze.
Anyway, I almost dropped my jaw on the RG GP01fb, gundammit... It's what I've been waiting for in a long, long while.. And, YES! RG Gouf, wth!!

      Delete
    3. Yes bro. after so long since this post there is still no RG Gouf seen yet. More UC kit in RG forms please, because UC is the spirit of Gundam. And not Seed (in my opinion)

  25. That RG Destiny looks so good! I've always loved the design and Bandai made it 3x cooler with this Real Grade. So far I the potential for three shades of blue, two shades of red, and possibly two to three shades of gray (if they decide to go MG colors).

  26. I do not know what they BanDai means by "Test Pattern", but I wouldn't want to assume that this will be the RG lineup for 2013, this is too underwhelming except for the Ground gundam. This may not be the next RG kits maybe just testing some shit up

  27. SEED, SEED DESTNY IS SHIT, AND AGE IS SHITTIER

  28. why there's no RG ground Gundam to this day. fuh
