This kit is a kit bash between MG Hi Nu Gundam and Vicious Project's Hi Nu Gundam. Vicious Project is Korean I think. You can tell that the modeller used Bandai parts from the legs, head, shoulders and the rest from VP. Looks like some customization happened with pla plate with the armor seen everywhere from head to feet.
The Go Go are almost the same VP version. They say (Go Go) that "version" are "a recast from a resin conversion kit" (same that MC Gundoom). Sorry for my poor grammar. But i think that you catch the idea.
