  2. meh mg just like the anime.

  3. Also: polycaps. Wish they would get rid of those for MG kits already. F91, Crossbone and Unicorn do just fine without any polycap.

  4. Aside from my 00 "obsession", I was considering this. But the fact that they went with stickers for the black on the knees... That just annoys the hell out of me. Why! Why!! It's on a Master Grade and they're going the lazy/cheap route.

The hell Bandai! They're really pissing me off lately. First they decide to stop distributing manga in the US and their Japanese division is getting lazy as hell with GunPla kits.

I personally don't support companies that cheap out or go the lazy route.

    1. http://i628.photobucket.com/albums/uu1/jgally88/Randomness/1328290058838.jpg - that's the OOB build. since you probably won't be able to tell, the knee parts are on the kit but are just in grey, which is why the MG included black stickers. get your fucking facts straight before calling out the entire company, suiton.

    2. @suiton: Why don't you stop taking the "lazy route" and actually put some effort into building and detailing the model kits you actually own...

    3. Suiton, you are a pathetic, lazy, ignorant, stubborn, unappreciative, attention-whoring ass. You are the worst kind of person, a person who just sits around and complains about their problems all day and never does anything to try and solve them. If you were unemployed, you'd be going around the neighborhood and bitching to them about not having a job, yet not trying at all to find one. This same "cheap/lazy" company is the reason you have your 00 Qan [T]. Bandai has worked hard to give you your precious 00 Master Grades, yet you insult them and call them a cheap company at the slightest thing. You clearly don't build any of your models as seen from your videos, why the hell would you care about these littlest of nitpicks? MG's aren't easy to make/produce, yet with the way you talk, you sound like you have more experience than Bandai. It's ok to have a wishlist like an Exia R2, but going around everywhere and preaching it like it's the will of the entire gunpla community is not appreciated in the slightest. The gunpla community does not want everything that you want, and Bandai will not make everything you want, so shut up and accept it you whiny little bitch bag.

  5. I also felt the same my fellow gundam fans. When I saw those stickers my mouth dropped and the lvl of disappointment was very high...none the less this should be a fun build and they did give us clear green parts for all the appropriate area's on the gundam so that is a good thing. :)

  6. I can't see any good reason why they would have black stickers for the legs, i mean they didn't use black stickers on the mega size kit...and i feel like they put a lot more effort into this master grade kit

  7. You guys do realize that the black knee parts are in the kit, right? The only reason it comes with stickers is because the parts are gray.

  8. But the whole knee sticker sheet look strange.... it might be some kind of special ability stickers.

    1. It's hard to say, cause they look like the regular markings that come with MGs. Maybe they couldn't fit on the regular markings sheet? But then again the sheet is yellow instead of blue like the markings, so who knows. One thing is for sure though; they're not foils.

  9. People see the black "sticker" parts (which appear to be a non-standard type of thin decal), and miss the parts that form the black part of the knees on the J Runner in this same blog post. Also, we've long confirmed on various Out-Of-Box build pics (here in this blog no less) that the black areas on the knees are their own separate parts. In this case however, they're dark grey instead of black. Still, you're not going to get all-white knees on an unpainted MG AGE-1 like I've heard some claim.

    1. Agreed. Plus there isn't any black parts on the AGE-1 besides the knees; so of course Bandai wasn't going to add the 2 extra black pieces. Had these parts been present on the other wears, then maybe an extra small plate with the black parts could have been made; but since its exclusive to the AGE-1 Normal, stickers would suffice. They're not that bad, certainly more durable than foils.

    2. It looks like the same type of stickers as on the MG The-O's rifle. Much more durable than the standard foil stickers.

  10. I don't see anything wrong with the black stickers for the knees. They're gray on the inner frame.

Whoever has a Gundam Marker or even a sharpie lying around can fix that up. Sure, they could've just made the parts black but they didn't.

Now, I don't know about about everyone, but I feel accomplished when I add tiny details like those on my own, sort of makes me feel like I put in a bit more effort to make the kit really shine.

  11. This gundam age is very basic and have not much things to be detail up..so bandai tried to leave as much gap possible for the PG version..i have a feeling that knee part will be detail up if there is a PG version of it.

  12. Ummm I just noticed there are two sets of foil stickers. One that's just plain silver, the other has all the details and stuff in it. That...makes no sense.
