Yeah most HG's skirt are like that, but as with most HG kits, people tends to mod them. I will probably skip this one, since I really wasn't a big Gundam X fan, but I do like the bad guys' MSs in the series though.
Didn't quite like the design of Gundam X as well as the anime. Maybe there ain't many space battle scene in this anime series.
