RG 1/144 MSZ-006 Zeta Gundam - On Display @ C3 x Hobby 2012

RG 1/144 MSZ-006 Zeta Gundam (Release Date: Nov 2012, Price: 3000 yen)
*Gundam ACE x RG 1/48 Zeta Gundam Head Display Stand (In Planning Phase).  The RG Zeta Gundam on display still does not show the waverider mode...*
*Not a lot of parts on the B Plate. Will there be two Advanced MS Joint plates? Or will there be less of those parts to somehow make the possible transformation easier?

missing zaku (origin), Gundam Mk. II, ZZ, Nu, Sazabi, Qubeley, Hyaku-Shiki and 'whatever-the-most-iconic-antagonist-head-from-Z-Gundam-Series-was'

  4. Signs point to this kit having no waverider form. If it did Bandai would have been advertising it the day this kit was revealed.

    1. Well even for the mg aegis it took a while for them from the start of showing the prototype with no color to the colored version to mobile armour form. Dont lose hope just yet.

  5. If theres wave rider mode it's going to so fragile I know people are going to bitch about that it can't transform but how many of you keep it in wave rider mode tho

  6. Would prefer it not to transform. the transformation gimmick would make the FLIMSY!! better stability vs transformation. I have MG and PG zeta and it is all flimsy!! - emonem

    1. While i agree that the transformation gimmick did make the MG flimsy, I have hopes that the RG will change that with the fact that the Advanced MS Joint parts have been very solid recently, and should be able to hold a decent amount of weight. Also I'm hoping that they'll engineer a way to make the wave rider mode more stable with parts to make it more solid (i.e: Delta plus MG got parts to make the waist transformation much more solid)

    2. I don't mind if we have to swap parts to form MA mode. RG's advance MS joints are WEAK! Adding transformation gimmicks will just make it more WEAK for the joints.

  8. There isnt so much detail in this kit as opposed to other RGs with lots of panel lines. :(

  9. Anyone know what the sign in front of the display head says? I'm guessing a magazine exclusive...
